Mr. Bishop began his professional career as a Trust Officer at American National Bank & Trust Company of
Chicago where he was employed in the Corporate Trust Department with the responsibility of administering
land trust and escrow accounts.
The firm is ready, willing and able to provide legal assistance to anyone who is desirous of a living trust,
irrevocable trust, will, durable power of attorney or other similar instrument.
AARP reports that "the outdated probate process created unreasonable legal fees estimated to be $1.5 billion dollars
nationally each year. Depending on the value of your estate, upon your death, probate costs and estate taxes
could be a heavy burden for your heirs to pay."
The firm will always advise clients to avoid situations wherein probate of a deceased's estate will
be necessary. There are many methods of avoiding this expensive and time-consuming process. Give us
a call, set up an appointment and we will be happy to talk with you concerning these matters.
