Frequently, it is our opinion that it is not in the best interests of our client to proceed without the assistance of additional counsel.

As the result of 36 years of experience, Mr. Bishop and his Associates have worked with numerous other lawyers in specialized fields such as medical malpractice, products liability and other exceedingly difficult cases requiring multiple professional skills.

Lawyers of the firm are available to visit potential clients and to discuss their cases, at length, at no initial cost to the client. In virtually all cases, costs are advanced by our firm and clients are billed on a contingent basis of one-third (1/3) of the amount of any recovery. If there is no recovery, the client pays nothing.
