For many years, our firm has regularly handled many matters under the jurisdiction of the State of Illinois, Department of Public Health and McHenry County Health Department pertaining to a wide variety of subject matters, including food and beverage service, food borne illness, and sewage disposal issues.

Mr. Bishop has served as a memeber of the Board of Directors of the McHenry County Restaurant Association and is a member of the Illinois Restaurant Association. He is also certified by the State of Illinois, Department of Public Health, in food service sanitation. The firm represents many restaurants, taverns, and other food service establishments.

In land planning and development matters, the firm regularly deals with the McHenry County Health Department and is currently processing the first drip irrigation sewage disposal system in McHenry County.

We have represented many liquor licensees at both the local and State of Illinois Liquor Control Commission levels.
