Mr. Bishop has attended seminars sponsored by the National Rifle Assocation concerning a wide range of issues pertaining to firearms, including constitutional issues relating to the 2nd and 14th Amendments, products liability, criminal law and adminstrative enforcement, as well as, ethical issues relevant to the representation of firearms owners, collectors, wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers and importers.

In Illinois, Mr. Bishop has caused several gun owners FOID cards to be reinstated after revocation by the Illiois State Police and has represented criminal defendants charged with illegal possession or use of firearms.
